Having come from a background in Law and with 13 years working in the New Zealand Insurance and Finance industry, my husband Noel and I have settled into Oamaru and for the past two years and have been lovingly restoring an 1858 villa. The town of Oamaru has been very welcoming, and we are both keen to immerse ourselves into the uniqueness of this town. We have continued to join clubs and committee’s to be able to give back to community.

The legal world is fraught with constant change and involves deciphering your way through understanding and applying the law to a specific situation. I have always enjoyed working through these challenges with clients to make the complex much more relatable. The purchase and sale of a home is very challenging and can come with legal obligations that can seem daunting to most people. In real estate I see myself as your advocate working with you to achieve the best outcome for what is one of the biggest decisions in your life.

My passion for people, means I am customer service focussed, and pride myself in being honest, working hard, being optimistic yet realistic and thinking outside the square to success. As your real estate agent, I will guide you through the process, keep you informed communicate clearly and do my utmost to keep information concise and clear.

1 Middle Street and Quarry Street, Maheno
It is rare to have land for sale in this area, situated 10-12 mins from Oamaru. This 3036m2 area of land, divided into three 1/4 acre sections (on their own titles) presents a blank canvas awaiting your imagination. So close to beaches and other local amenities. Set back from the main road the sections are private and are easy to access. There are options of level building areas, and private enough to park your caravan or use the two 20-foot containers, one is lined, which could be used as a blank canvas while you build. The sections are fenced along the front access and along the Quarry Street paper road, which runs along the left-hand side of all 3 sections. Don't miss the opportunity to become the new owner of this parcel of land.
