Rich Graham is the Senior Commercial Sales Consultant for Property Brokers

Rich has been involved with Real Estate since 2007when he joined  Bayleys, initially as National Country Manager where he was responsible for the Country and lifestyle ivisions and was involved in a number of high profile sales including Hillend Station in Wanaka and The Crafar farms portfolio.

Rich has also been Group Marketing Manager for Bayleys and led all aspects of the marketing operation both nationally and internationally, including the Global program and contact with key worldwide affiliates in the UK, Australia and Switzerland.

More recently, Rich managed all aspects of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate business fro Bayleys in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki regions including direct involvement in many significant projects and property sell downs. 

Rich has held General Manager roles with other Real Estate companies and has a wealth of experience in all areas of the business including holding a Principals or  "Agent" license.

Rich is a highly experienced and enthusiastic Real Estate broker who is dedicated to delivering a different experience and optimum solutions to clients in a genuine, down to earth manner.

Prior to joining Real Estate Rich was in Sales, Marketing Management and General Management roles with companies such as Primedia, DB Breweries and Allied Liquor. He also worked as Marketing Manager for Holden NZ and was Corporate Marketing Manager for Farm Improvement Company LIC.

Outside of work Rich enjoys Riding Motorcycles, Tennis, Fishing, Surfing and Travel but regardless is available 24/7 for any commercial property requirements.
