Jonathan is an experienced letting specialist working out of Barfoot & Thompson’s Mt Albert Branch. He has a passion for real estate and represents and cares for his clients properties as though they were his own.

Previously involved in training and development in the banking industry, Jonathan uses the skills he developed in his previous role to offer his clients top customer service. Working for his clients to achieve the absolute best for them, he employs great use of attention to detail and excellent negotiation skills. His large network of clients and ability to build strong professional relationships allows Jonathan to align landlords with suitable tenants and vice versa.

He enjoys the rewards of hard work and can boast arrears below 3% when he managed a portfolio of over 240 properties. Jonathan believes in the value of investments, especially in real estate. He personally has bought, renovated and sold various properties and can use this experience to offer you professional, honest advice.
