When I arrived in New Zealand from Italy in 1992 with a degree in law and a family in the building industry, I joined the fascinating world of real estate. Since then, I have focused on selling in the areas I love the most in Auckland; Parnell and the northern slopes of Remuera.

Most of my real estate career has been with Barfoot & Thompson in the Parnell branch, where I have had the privilege of being the top salesperson at least ten times.

Over my years in real estate, I have seen property cycles come and go, sometimes with escalating prices and other times in a challenging market. While the tactics I recommend keep changing, as the buying trends change during the different cycles, the base values and attributes I bring and my clients remark on, remain constant - integrity, honesty, perseverance, creativity, efficiency, loyalty and kindness. My values are reflected in recommendations from my past and present clients.

These clients have returned to me again and again, to help sell, buy and resell their properties, obviously finding my style and service level to their liking. I can count among my returning clients, colleagues, managers, friends and those who have become friends. They all know that I care, and like most Italians, I have passion, flair, and in my case, a love of real estate that has kept me succeeding in the industry for almost 20 years.

I have learnt to look for solutions where there seems to be none, always to find the positive and to keep going until I reach an outcome that works for everyone. I try to find those solutions efficiently, pragmatically and to help those involved work through what can be demanding situations.
