Raewyn Breman

Having worked for McDonald Real Estate since 2002, Raewyn Breman, is recognized as an experienced Property Manager with excellent people skills.  Her strengths lie in her ability to build strong relationships with her clients. She believes in treating everyone with empathy and respect and shares the McDonald Real Estate ethos of family values and trust.

Raewyn has taken on with enthusiasm the company zero tolerance to arrears policy and regularly has a clean sheet without any of her tenants being in arrears. Her inspections are carried out on time and reports issued to owners in a timely manner.  Maintenance is attended to promptly and most importantly she communicates with the owners regularly.

In her time with McDonald Real Estate she has grown her Waitara portfolio and new managements come mainly by referral business from satisfied clients.
