Daniel Butler

Following a lengthy career with LIC, I have built strong working relationships with farmers across the Taranaki region. Continuing to enhance these relationships along with building and fostering new connections is something I’m looking forward to as a rural salesperson.

I was born and bred in Taranaki where I attended Francis Douglas Memorial College. Following this I gained a degree in Criminology and Education from Victoria University in Wellington. This led to a career in the Department of Corrections where I spent six years working across the Wellington region.

Taranaki has always remained home, and I was thrilled to return to the region when the opportunity arose to take up a position with LIC. It has been a rewarding experience to work alongside farmers to achieve their goals and I see my new role in rural real estate as being a natural extension to this.

I currently reside in New Plymouth with my wife and two children and continue to play an active role in our family dairy farm. I am passionate about the success and wellbeing of the Taranaki rural community and am currently a trustee for both the Taranaki Rural Support Trust and Dairy Trust Taranaki.

I have a vast range of experience in the rural industry with communication, integrity and relationships being my key drivers to success. This ensures I have the skillset to work with you to meet your goals and aspirations. Whatever the next step of your journey, contact me today and let me help you make the right move.
