A recent addition to the real estate scene, he has no shortage of previous experience. He has a qualification in Business Management and has spent three years running his own business – invaluable experience when it comes to dealing with people and knowing how to produce results.

Eric’s strengths lie in his ability to work with people from all walks of life; he loves being able to serve and work with people to achieve their dreams and thinks that making a difference in people’s lives is an incredible privilege.

Speaking English, Mandarin and Hokkien, he also has access to a wide network of contacts.

In his spare time, Eric loves getting involved in all things property; whether it’s staying up to date with the latest property market news, or getting his hands dirty in the garden!
