With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing Grant Smith joined the real estate industry – in his first year being awarded Property Brokers Top Achiever in 2001.  Grant found his niche in an industry that fitted naturally to his expertise and personality and now offers his professional laid-back approach taking control and giving his clients a hassle free experience.

Grant finds success in his ability to identify customer’s needs and match them to the appropriate property.  An expert in negotiation and a skilled marketer Grant knows how to do the business, and do it well.

Retiring as the National Account Manager of Coca-Cola NZ, Grant ran his own business before turning to real estate utilising his skills and expertise in people, marketing and negotiations. 

The proud father of a daughter and three sons, Grant finds motivation in his family.  By putting his client’s needs foremost Grant believes that the personal needs of his family will flow as a result.
