Each whare has underfloor heating, a heat pump and reticulated gas and one is fully accessible. Being set discreetly among an undulating 2ha's of native bush remnants, with extensive contouring and recent native plantings ensuring privacy and unique views for guests, who are also able to enjoy the night stars through the over bed skylights.

There is also a 150m2, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom dwelling on an adjacent 5,324m2 (separate title), providing significant opportunities for further evolution of Nga Whare Manatu, Owner/Manager accommodation, or a private home.
