Raylene’s background includes gaining a Diploma in Business Studies, working in the banking industry for 20 years, and then successfully transitioning into the role as the Bush Multisport Facility Manager which she held for nearly 5 years before choosing a career change where she could use her local knowledge, commitment and drive to help people find and secure their dream of home ownership.
Raylene is extremely well-connected, highly respected and recognised for her integrity, honesty and accountability. 
Raylene’s passion for Community Projects and Sports has meant a full and busy life with community always at the heart of everything she has done.
Happily married and raising two teenage children, Raylene and her husband are joint owners of a farm that has been in the family for 109 years.
Among Raylene’s other many achievements are roles as a Trustee of the Bush Multisport Trust and the Bush Aquatic Trust.  Her ability to seek out and secure funding for these two community projects is outstanding, no stone is left unturned when it comes to ensuring that the community’s goals are met and managed with good Governance. She is also a member of the Explore Pahiatua Community Committee where she holds the role of Secretary and is a loyal supporter and member of the Bush Senior Hockey Committee.
Raylene’s ability “to get the job done” is well known right across the District, and her strength and tenacity are admired.
