Before joining the real estate industry, Bob Voss was an international level sportsperson, training and competing all around the world in swimming. To this day he still holds New Zealand’s 800m freestyle record, taking this from the great Olympian Danyon Loader. This impressive achievement was the result of Bob’s determination, focus and ‘never give in’ attitude.
In addition to his swimming career, Bob has also been involved in customer services and sales. This is where he developed skills that are fundamental to a career in real estate. These include planning, time management, communication and the ability to build customer relationships and retain them.
