I have been in real estate for the last 20 years and come from a farming background previous to this.

I joined the real estate industry in 2007 and before that I had a successful career as the Senior Secretary and Deputy Chairman of the Research Committee for Business Development in Qingdao, China. I have also owned a business and worked in marketing and I am qualified with a Diploma of Foreign Economic Policy.
My background has given me all of the qualities that I believe are essential to achieving success for my clients – patience, an excellent work ethic and the passion and commitment to making things happen. I am also an excellent communicator who has the added benefit of being able to understand the needs of the Chinese community.
I have a passion for real estate and as well as buying and selling a number of properties of my own in the North Shore, I always observe the market closely so that the knowledge I impart on my clients is both accurate and insightful.

Jonathan Haldane works in a part time capacity as an assistant to Kari-lee Haldane
Jonathan currently works in property maintenance, specialising in property clean ups, hedge and tree work. His eight years owning his own property maintenance business he has built a solid reputation bringing with it constant repeat business. His experience in this industry is very complimentary to assisting Kari-lee.
Jonathan also has a passion for design and a very keen eye for detail. He finds it satisfying to assist his customers to see the potential in a property and make this a reality.
Outside of his work commitments Jonathan loves spending quality time with his family including going to the beach, tramping and camping. Jonathan has a strong interest in furniture design, sculpture and design in general. Jonathan’s strong interest in interior design means he can work with you to help maximise the value and appeal of your home. Aside from design Jonathan also loves sport and music.

My love for the North Shore started when I was born in the North Shore hospital. I went on to spend my formative years exploring the shores of Great Barrier Island, barefoot and carefree. From there I settled down (for the next 20 years) with the boy next door and had 3 beautiful children, a dog or two and a cat.
Zion Road in Birkenhead was our first port of call as newly weds and for the next 20 years (with a move or two in the mix), we've stayed put on the North Shore. It holds a place in my heart because of the sense of community, the local bush walks and proximity to the sea...And it's not far to visit the Barrier either!
With the kind of upbringing I had, one couldn't but help have a love of nature and people. To this end I have always maintained a steady focus, keeping people and their needs in mind. One of my first jobs was working voluntarily in a Swaziland refugee camp.
My sales and marketing experience started with a small company I ran from home while my children were young. I've worked in sales and marketing for many years with a long stint at Personalised Plates where I was recognised as one of their top sales people. My experience in these roles has given me an edge when writing property advertisements and developing marketing to achieve a quick sale.
Throughout my career, I've has been acknowledged as someone who will go the extra mile. I am also tenacious, persistent and have the highest level of personal and professional integrity. My clients are my first priority and as such I listen to them, learn about them and work hard to achieve their goals. I focus on the basics and deliver on my promises.
Together with my husband, I have purchased and renovated numerous properties since first entering the real estate market in 1989. I'm a great believer in investing in property and I can definitely enlighten you on the dos and don'ts with investing!
I also love being involved in the community. I spent several years as a phone counselor with Woman's Refuge and am actively involved in work as a respite carer with CYFS.

I’ve always been interested in property. Over the past five years I’ve bought, upgraded and on-sold six properties, purchased two rental homes and managed the construction of my home in Albany. Deciding to take up a career in real estate was a great way for me to align the things I am truly passionate about – people and property – with my work life.
I’m an Engineer by degree and I also have a Masters in Business Management. Before working in real estate I worked in a variety of jobs including being a Loan and Credit Officer for one of the largest government banks in the Philippines, an Operations Manager for a retail store in Australia, a sales representative, and inventory controller and a warehouse person.
When combined with my own personal experience in property, this diverse background has armed me with many qualities that are essential to a successful property sale – great negotiation and sales skills, sound financial acumen and an understanding of bank lending criteria. I also offer the added benefit of being able to speak Pilipino and a bit of Spanish should my clients require.
