For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an interest in real estate. Identifying properties with potential is a particular skill of mine. When I meet and engage with my clients I can quickly present ideas for them to consider.

My first job on leaving school was in the textile industry. I was lucky enough to travel the world developing ranges and marketing and selling to clothing manufacturers. Eventually, my wife and I successfully ran our own clothing company for 13 years, at home here in New Zealand. Next, I spent a few years in the finance industry before I heard the call of real estate.

Whether it’s the clothing business, finance or real estate, business is about people. Listening and understanding a situation fully, gets your mind ticking with ideas. My professional and easy manner puts my clients at ease. When my clients know they are being listened to, they’re receptive to my suggestions and have faith that my plan for them will have a positive outcome.

When I’m not working I like to spend time with my family. I’m also a keen golfer (they say you meet the nicest people on the golf course), and being a member of a club provides a network of contacts for both buyers and sellers.

Properties sold to date in Parnell, Mt Eden and the City Centre total 11. I don’t restrict myself to any one area – I market and sell anywhere there is property to be sold.
