When I arrived in New Zealand from Italy in 1992 with a degree in law and a family in the building industry, I joined the fascinating world of real estate. Since then, I have focused on selling in the areas I love the most in Auckland; Parnell and the northern slopes of Remuera.

Most of my real estate career has been with Barfoot & Thompson in the Parnell branch, where I have had the privilege of being the top salesperson at least ten times.

Over my years in real estate, I have seen property cycles come and go, sometimes with escalating prices and other times in a challenging market. While the tactics I recommend keep changing, as the buying trends change during the different cycles, the base values and attributes I bring and my clients remark on, remain constant - integrity, honesty, perseverance, creativity, efficiency, loyalty and kindness. They all know that I care, and like most Italians, I have passion, flair, and in my case, a love of real estate that has kept me succeeding in the industry for almost 20 years.

I have learnt to look for solutions where there seems to be none, always to find the positive and to keep going until I reach an outcome that works for everyone. I try to find those solutions efficiently, pragmatically and to help those involved work through what can be demanding situations.
