She has been doing research in the International business and strategic management fields and tutoring/lecturing at the University of Auckland for the past four years. 

Her background enables her to develop many disciplines including a profound understanding in strategizing and Macro Economics, as well as sound analytical and communication skills. Betty also possesses superb creativity, marketing knowledge and a passion for interior design and home staging, which allows her to develop amazing marketing campaigns for clients and provide advice on how to improve the aesthetic appeal of properties.
