Clive Williams

Clive is passionate about helping you sell or buy your property and is dedicated to making the process stress free as possible. With 8 years of experience, Clive has a proven track record of getting the best results for his clients.
Levin is Clive’s hometown, where he completed all his schooling and then joined the family business which he subsequently sold to his son. In 2013 he became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Clive has been playing the piano since he was 12 years old and enjoys playing for charities and rest homes and singing in local choirs. On the weekends Clive and his wife Mary love walking along the local beaches with their dog Charlie. Family is important and they have five children between them and eight grandchildren and are fortunate to have both their Mothers still alive. Clive’s integrity, honesty and creative approach to guiding his clients through the selling and buying process makes it an enjoyable experience which is why he comes highly recommended.
Clive is passionate about the Horowhenua and is involved in the local community, supporting the Levin Bowling Club, SingOut Choir, and other organizations. In his past time he is a classical pianist, and sings in various choirs. He is a member of the Morris Enthusiast Car Club and enjoys  classic cars.
