Grant and Lynda (The Baileys) are dedicated professionals who believe that service is paramount to achieving a great result. Their service extends to all, whether buying or selling, upgrading or downsizing, considering a move or ready for change – The Baileys deliver with integrity and professionalism.

Grant and Lynda are both Hawkes Bay born and bred and after a stint in Australia moved back home where Grant started a 25 year career in Radio – you may have heard his dulcet tones on Bay City Radio, Classic Hits, Easy Listening or More FM. He still gets behind the microphone every now and then just to show the youngsters he still has it – even though he actually lost it years ago!

Radio took the family all around the country spending the majority of the 2000s in Auckland where Lynda began a very successful Real Estate career working for Ray White, Birkenhead. She has since been a high achiever for The Professionals Group on the Kapiti Coast and when the family returned to Napier in 2007, Lynda joined the team at Property Brokers. Grant joined the company in November 2009 after completing a three year stint as the Regional Programme Director for Media Works NZ.

Together the Baileys are a formidable team who combine their resources to offer a set of skills that cover business management, marketing expertise and of course many years of real estate sales consultation. The Baileys are without a doubt the team to talk to for an honest and reliable overview of the market place.

“We will happily provide you with a list of past clients who we feel sure will endorse us in our efforts to gain the best possible outcome. We are only as good as our clients judge us to be. Experience and expertise offered with integrity – that is our pledge to you and your family” Grant and Lynda Bailey

The aim is simple ... to provide the best service to their customers and clients.

If a workshop is high on your priority list, then you and the current owner have a lot in common because the wood-workers machine shop here is next level! Our vendor is definitely a craftsman and 'the shed' has been his savior, the option to spend time buzzing, carving or woodturning has provided many happy memories and magic results. Furthermore, the additional toilet, shower, and washroom, could offer possibilities for further transformations. However, as you know, the time comes when a downsize option needs serious consideration and the motivation for selling this home is exactly that, time for a little less area to look after. But don't worry, this 1950s home, built by the owner, has been loved and maintained well, the structural integrity will remain intact for years to come. An interesting design era that never wains in purchase popularity - they don't build them like this anymore is a common catch-phase, true or not? You decide. It sits in full sun, in a top Taradale location on a freehold/cross lease title along with one other property, the features include a large kitchen, three bedrooms, open plan living and a nice easy indoor-outdoor flow. Yes, it will respond to redecoration or the urge to create a more up to date over-all feel, but there are many unique aspects here, too many to list. The bungalow design is very attractive and its now for sale for the first time ever - 'once in a lifetime'.It's Niven's place, always has been, but we think that whoever takes over the custodianship of this inspiring property (with 'shed') will more than likely never want to leave.

Prepare to have your heart stolen! This 'honey of a home' is irrefutably desirable in so many ways, it's snug and warm, economical too with solar panels and the recent renovation has been completed to an exceptional standard. Quite honestly, it is one of those total packages that is very hard to fault. Some wonderful touches adorn the entire property, like the quality chattels and internal shutters for example. A very spacious open plan layout provides excellent usable space, it's all finished in neutral tones combining with a quality fit-out, allowing just the right amount of sophistication without being too overstated. Three bedrooms, a large family bathroom, plus an ensuite, and a single garage make the living arrangements appealing and the serene easy-care site is a delight. If you love pottering in the garden, you won't be disappointed either, just the right mix of enough to do, but not too much! Love it, buy it, and move into a fabulous neighborhood, put your feet up, relax, and worry about nothing.

Just a few short years ago the decision was made to embark on a stylish renovation, changing outdated characteristics with a contemporary feel throughout. Built in the 1970's, this home is an absolute delight. Polished hard wood floors provide practicality and a warm glow - as you enter, they'll lead through an open plan kitchen and dining area, connecting a family sized lounge. Period correct French doors open to an expansive deck area, what a spot to contemplate life with friends and family, cool drinks through the last of the warmer months. The main bedroom has an ensuite, the other two bedrooms are generously proportioned, room for the entire team. Insulation in the ceiling and under the floor, along with a couple of heat pumps will provide well for all seasons. Outside, the section is well fenced, the landscaped areas are attractive and there is single garage/workshop with excellent on-site parking for multiple vehicles. The icing on top, the location! Popular Taradale, close to schools, shops, and amenities. Make an appointment to view today!
