Brennan Wyllie is an experienced real estate professional who joined Barfoot and Thompson’s commercial division in 2012 after selling his interests in a competitor consultancy where he was Managing Director. Brennan commenced his real estate career in 2001 with Ray White Commercial in Auckland after 14 years in banking where he worked in retail and corporate finance roles. In 2003 Brennan joined LJ Hooker Commercial which was later acquired by Knight Frank in 2006.
Specialising in both the Commercial and Industrial property sectors, Brennan offers a full range of property services from negotiating small lease and assignment transactions through to investment sales and lease backs, auction and tender campaign marketing, design build packages, rental appraisals and tenant and buyer representation.

Here he worked in a team with fellow broker Mark Stevens. Jack and Mark work in collaboration, using their combined, varied 44 years experience in real estate to deliver a superior result for their clients, both vendors and purchasers.
